Third parties, such as service providers and affiliates, may provide us with the following categories of Personal Data about you, which we may collect and/or verify:

  • Identification Information such as name, email, phone number, postal address

  • Public blockchain data (bitcoin, ether, and other digital assets) isn't completely anonymous. Because Personal Data published on a blockchain (such as your digital asset address and IP address) can be correlated with Personal Data that we and others may have, we and others who can match your public digital asset address to other Personal Data about you may be able to identify you from a blockchain transaction. Furthermore, it may be possible to detect other Personal Data about you by using data analysis tools on a certain blockchain);

  • Financial Information such as bank account information, routing number, credit card number, debit card number; and

  • Additional Information at our discretion to comply with legal obligations.

1.4 Public Information Observed from Blockchains

We collect data from publicly visible and/or accessible blockchain activity. This could include blockchain addresses and information on NFT purchases, sales, or transfers, which could subsequently be linked to other information you've provided us.

1.5 Accuracy and retention of Personal Data

We take reasonable and practicable steps to ensure that your Personal Data held by us is (i) accurate with regard to the purposes for which it is to be used, and (ii) not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is to be used.

Sonorus may transfer your data outside of your home country. Sonorus puts in place suitable technical, organizational and contractual safeguards, to ensure that such transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection rules, except where the country to which the data is transferred has already been determined by your home country to provide an adequate level of protection.If we decide to modify the purpose for which your Personal Data is collected and used, this Privacy Policy will be modified and uploaded on our Platform.

4.Data Access and Control

You can view, access, edit, or delete your Personal Data for certain aspects of the Service via your Settings page. You may also have certain additional rights:

  • If you are a user in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have certain rights under the respective European and UK General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”). These include the right to (i) request access and obtain a copy of your Personal Data; (ii) request rectification or erasure; (iii) object to or restrict the processing of your Personal Data; and (iv) request portability of your Personal Data.   • If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). These include the right to (i) request access to, details regarding, and a copy of the Personal Data we have collected about you and/or shared with third parties; (ii) request deletion of the Personal Data that we have collected about you; and (iii) the right to opt-out of sale of your Personal Data. As the terms are defined under the CCPA, we do not “sell” your Personal Data.

We may ask you to verify your identity, or ask for more information about your request. We will consider and act upon any above request in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

  • Notwithstanding the above, we cannot edit or delete any information that is stored on a blockchain, for example the Binance Smart Chain, as we do not have custody or control over any blockchains. The information stored on the blockchain may include purchases related to your blockchain address and 🎵 held at that address.

5. Information Security

There is no such thing as flawless security, and the Internet is an unsecure medium. We cannot guarantee complete security, but we do our best to keep Sonorus and you safe from unauthorized access to, or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the Personal Data we collect and store. Sonorus website communications are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer; optional two-factor authentication; periodic review of our Personal Data collection, storage, and processing practices; and need-to-know access to your Personal Data for our employees, contractors, and agents who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

When you access Sonorus, we may make use of the standard practice of placing tiny data files called cookies, flash cookies, pixel tags, or other tracking tools (herein, “Cookies”) on your computer or other devices used to visit Sonorus. We use Cookies to help us recognize you as a customer, collect information about your use of Sonorus to better customize our services and content for you, and collect information about your computer or other access devices to: (i) ensure that your account security has not been compromised by detecting irregular, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent account activities; (ii) assess and improve our services and advertising campaigns.
